Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care as a point of contact for patients and clinicians.
• Provide patient support via prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Assist with telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Manage in-person and remote patient interactions with strong customer service.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and coordination of care.
