Terros Health is seeking a Clinical Housing Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team at the 51st Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on assessing client housing needs and connecting them with resources, with possible relocation assistance for housing options.

The position offers a full-time schedule, generous benefits, PTO, and a $1.50/hr SMI differential. Candidates need at least a high school diploma with relevant experience or a behavioral health degree, plus

Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma with 4 years behavioral health experience.
• Associates degree in behavioral health and 2 years of behavioral health employment experience.
• Bachelor's degree (not in behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health employment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral health, or Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook; typing assessment minimum 25 wpm.
• Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish/ASL is desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license and driving experience; meet Terros Health driving policy.
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply within 7 working days.
• Must pass a TB Test.

Responsabilités

• Assess client needs and provide tailored housing resources.
• Accompanies members on occasion to housing briefings and explore housing options.
• Tracks applications and referrals to housing programs and services for members.
• Maintains accurate data demographics related to housing and homelessness status.
• Collaborate with community organizations to connect clients with social services.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients in their housing journey.
• Stay informed about housing policy changes and advocate for client rights within the community.
