Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer patient calls and voicemails in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Confirm follow-up appointments and send reminder information as needed.
• Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling.
• Anticipate patient anxieties and answer questions to comfort and reassure them.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals.
• Update patient records and verify insurance per protocols.
