Qualifications

• Ability to professionally interact and communicate in person and over the phone.
• Skill in answering a multi-line phone system.

• Maintain up-to-date required company trainings.
• Possess a South Dakota drivers license and vehicle liability insurance; able to operate a vehicle in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Extensive phone and face-to-face contact; schedule client appointments.
• Prepare initial client paperwork and letters; verify client information; collect fees.
• Complete required client paperwork; maintain electronic provider scheduling and medical records; provide general office support.
