Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. is hiring for a full-time position to oversee the non-clinical duties of the ACT team, liaising with IS, finance, HR, and other departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, adherence to billing guidelines, and effective communication with staff and clients.

The position supports a mission-driven provider offering comprehensive benefits and a pay scale of $16–$17.50 per hour, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School Diploma.
• Degree in business and/or business training preferred.
• Supervision experience in an office setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor all non-clinical operations of ACT program.
• Coordinate communication between team members and clients.
• Process state and federal billing according to established guidelines.
• Process invoices for payment and manage supplies for the team.
• Maintain petty cash control and balance reports per procedures.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure reimbursement and proper documentation.
