Job summary

Flex Ltd. in Memphis, TN is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for direct and indirect labor, coordinate onboarding, and partner with site leaders to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive onboarding experience for a growing SpinCo initiative. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 6–12 months HR experience; familiarity with Workday and ATS/HRIS is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft 365 and maintaining

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function
• 6-12 months of HR experience; managing multiple requisitions and supporting high-volume hiring strongly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, Workday is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for indirect and direct labor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Build talent pipelines and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and candidate selection
• Coordinate onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, I-9 verification, and Workday transactions
• Track recruiting metrics and support HR reporting
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and other site HR programs
