Job summary

You will work with Workday, assist with job postings, source and screen candidates, and participate in onboarding and leave management.

The role partners with operations to recruit top talent, respond to employee inquiries, and coordinate key HR projects such as engagement surveys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge and application of employment laws.
• Knowledge of benefit plans and administration.

Responsibilities

• Supports HRIS maintenance and system administration (Workday).
• Assists with recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and pre-employment checks.
• Supports onboarding, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
• Responds to employee and manager HR inquiries and interprets policies.
• Contributes to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
