Flex, a leading diversified manufacturing partner, seeks an HR Generalist/Recruiter in Memphis, TN to lead full-cycle hiring for indirect and direct labor while partnering with site managers to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Reporting to the Site HR Business Partner, this role manages sourcing, onboarding, I-9 (Workday transactions), and HR reporting, supporting HR initiatives and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource function.
• 6-12 months HR experience; managing multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems; Workday a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for indirect and direct labor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and candidate selection.
• Coordinate onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, I‑9 verification, and Workday transactions.
• Track recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and other HR programs.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HR Generalist/Recruiter located in Memphis, TN.

Reporting to the Site HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist/Recruiter will serve as the primary recruiter for the Memphis site, leading full-cycle hiring for indirect and direct labor positions while supporting key HR initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while ensuring a positive employee experience.

What a typical day looks like
