You will assist with HRIS (Workday), recruitment activities, new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries, while partnering with leadership to align HR programs with business goals. Ideal candidates have 3 years of HR experience, solid knowledge of employment laws, and a BA in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Knowledge of benefit plans.
• Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports maintenance of HRIS systems, including Workday, and related HR data changes.
• Processes employment changes and data entry in HRIS.
• Supports recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening candidates, interviews, and pre-employment tasks.
• Completes onboarding and post-employment activities.
• Responds to internal and external HR inquiries.
• Assists with policy and benefits interpretation.
• Supports employee engagement initiatives and new hire communications.
• Coordinates HR projects and reports.
• Administers leave management, including FMLA and Salary Continuance.
