Job summary

GH Logistics is recruiting a high-output Recruiter to support talent acquisition across all areas of the business in Memphis, TN. The role emphasizes phone-heavy outreach, urgency, and consistent activity to manage a large candidate pipeline.

You will handle sourcing, screening, coordination of next steps, and data entry, while also supporting local workforce engagement and hiring events in the Memphis area. Prior driver recruiting or logistics hiring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume outbound calling.
• Driver recruiting, logistics hiring, or office/ops staffing experience.
• Knowledge of the Memphis labor market.
• Experience working against daily activity metrics.
• Sales experience may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting cycle: sourcing, outbound calling, screening, coordinating next steps, and documenting records.
• Support hiring events, community outreach, and local workforce engagement in Memphis.
• Maintain a high daily outbound call activity and strong candidate follow-up.
• Drive urgency and ensure fast movement on qualified candidates.
• Keep accurate and thorough candidate documentation at every stage.
