Boulevard St Charles is hiring a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role in St Charles, MO. The position supports residents with empathy, engagement, and daily living activities, with a focus on safe and compassionate care.

Shifts are scheduled Monday and Sunday, 3:00pm–11:00pm. The company offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a home-like environment that values residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Capability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as Patient Observer to learn residents' interests and abilities and help create engagement plans.
• Master the art of mise en scène by preparing the dining room, library, and resident rooms to support daily activities.
• Serve as Life Partner, supporting residents from wake to sleep across daily life activities.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and promptly.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
