The Boulevard Senior Living in St Charles, MO is hiring a part-time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. The role requires empathy, reliability, English communication, and physical stamina. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $23.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Shift: Mon and Wed evenings, 7:00pm–7:00am; located at 3330 Ehlmann Rd. We promote from within and provide paid training and employee recognition programs.

Competenze

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Stand/walk all day; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing and daily activities.
• Criminal background cleared.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents through empathy and respectful communication.
