Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy to communicate with residents.
• Positive, energetic demeanor with residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Identify resident interests and abilities to tailor engagement plans.
• Prepare the dining room and environment to support daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and timely.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
