Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Be energetic and positive toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by engaging with residents, team members, and the community.
• Demonstrate empathy and build human connections during residents' vulnerable moments.
