Job summary

Senior Resource Group Memory Care is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver to support residents in Memory Care, assisting with daily living, meals, and engagement under the Enliven Director. You will follow the SRG care philosophy, document care, and respond to calls and emergencies, while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• CNA or experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED.
• First Aid / CPR Certification required.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, or other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and conveys the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
• Maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty.
• Wears name tag, uniform and adheres to SRG cell phone policy.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled per community policies and procedures.
• Receives report from the previous shift and reviews care assignments before resident care.
• Documents care given via CareStream and adheres to policies and procedures.
