Job summary

HumanGood's Rydal Park in Jenkintown, PA seeks a Memory Support Program Manager to lead the Memory Support neighborhood, overseeing resident experience, staff development, dementia programming, and family support.

You will collaborate with nursing, life enrichment, rehabilitation, dining and social services to implement individualized resident plans, participate in care conferences, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide families through the dementia journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dementia care experience with older adults.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare or senior living.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electronic health records; PCC experience preferred.
• Licensure/certifications such as LPN/BSW/MSW/CTRS/CDP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Memory Support program with person-centered dementia care philosophy.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members with accountability and compassion.
• Partner with nursing, life enrichment, rehabilitation, dining, and social services.
• Educate and support families navigating the dementia journey.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
