Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate, highly motivated Unit Manager RN to lead our care team on our 25-bed Skilled Nursing - Memory Support Floor. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong relationships with staff, and provides on-the-spot feedback to ensure high-quality resident care.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, typically on call every 5th weekend

Pay: starting at $97,000.00 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, providing guidance and immediate feedback.
• Assess resident needs, promote independence, and facilitate person-centered care.
