HumanGood Pennsylvania's Rydal Park in Jenkintown seeks a Unit Manager RN for Memory Support to lead our 25-bed skilled nursing memory care floor. This role centers on guiding staff and delivering person-centered care in a collaborative setting.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory acumen, and excellent communication. Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30 with on-call every 5th weekend; compensation starts at $97,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the relevant state.
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in EHR and MS Office; PCC experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff with guidance and feedback.
• Assess resident needs, promote independence, and deliver person-centered care.
• Lead and promote the Immerse philosophy of human-centered care within Memory Support.
• Monitor staff performance, ensure timely duties, and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications, treatments and direct nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, and families to coordinate care plans.
• Maintain documentation and uphold regulatory compliance and resident rights.
