Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 to 5 years prior related experience with people living with dementia and at least 1 year of supervision experience.
• Prefer 2+ years’ experience in assisted living management.
• First Aid certified and CPR training required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse- Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the Memory Support Program Philosophy at the core of all planning and implementation of activities and care to meet the specific needs of residents.
• Supervises Team Members in the Memory Support unit; management of work schedules, hiring, training, evaluating, employee development, coaching, discipline, salary increases.
