Providence Strategic And Management Services is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care to lead the development and implementation of evidence-based programs across the Providence footprint. You will collaborate with system leaders and care networks to coordinate cognitive care initiatives and build the Memory Care Pathway, integrating services across settings.

The role emphasizes leading education resources, managing committees, and driving system-wide improvements in memory care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education).
• Alaska RN License upon hire or Washington RN License upon hire.
• 5 years of memory care planning and execution or care delivery as an RN.
• 3 years of experience in complex program management roles in a large heavily matrixed healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Management of Providence’s Anti-Amyloid Review Board.
• Creating, updating and disseminating systemwide education and resources.
• Financial tracking and troubleshooting for memory care initiatives.
• Memory Care Pathway improvements and leading system-wide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
