Job summary

Providence seeks a Clinical Program Manager RN - Cognitive Care within its Neuroscience Clinical Institute. This nurse leader will identify, develop, and implement evidence-based cognitive care initiatives, focusing on building the memory care pathway and coordinating care across settings in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing required.
• Master’s in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
• AK RN license upon hire (or WA license).
• 5 years of memory care planning/ execution or RN care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Providence’s Anti-Amyloid Review Board and related governance activities.
• Create, update and disseminate systemwide education and resources for cognitive care.
• Oversee financial tracking and troubleshooting for memory care initiatives.
• Lead Memory Care Pathway improvements and system-wide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.
