Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care for the Neuroscience Clinical Institute with a Hybrid work model. The role leads evidence-based cognitive care initiatives, coordinating across hospitals and departments to build the memory care pathway and improve outcomes across the Providence footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
• Alaska or Washington RN license on hire.
• 5 years of memory care planning/execution or RN care delivery experience.
• 3 years in complex program management in a large matrixed healthcare setting.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop evidence-based cognitive care programs across Providence footprint.
• Coordinate with internal/external experts to plan, implement, and evaluate programs.
• Manage memory care pathway improvements and system-wide committees.
• Oversee Anti-Amyloid Review Board and education/resource dissemination.
