Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care in a hybrid role. The position focuses on developing and implementing evidence-based cognitive care programs, coordinating across care networks, and leading systemwide committees to advance memory care initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing education resources, financial tracking, and collaboration with hospitals, clinical departments and external experts to achieve measurable outcomes aligned with Providences mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree in nursing (practice or education) required.
• Alaska or Washington RN license upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years memory care planning/execution experience as an RN.
• Minimum 3 years in complex program management in a large matrixed health system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as expert resource to advance integrated cognitive care across Providence footprint.
• Develop, implement and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs and education resources.
• Coordinate care across settings and stakeholders to improve memory care pathways.
• Oversee Providence anti-amyloid review board and systemwide memory clinical specialty committee.
• Track finances, troubleshoot issues and drive systemwide program improvements.
