Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care in a hybrid role within the Neuroscience Clinical Institute. The role develops and implements evidence-based practices to advance cognitive care across Providence's footprint, focusing on memory care pathways and cross-setting coordination.

The nurse leader collaborates with diverse stakeholders to ensure integration of Cognitive Care Services and leads systemwide committees and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing and Master’s in Nursing required.
• RN license valid in NM or WA at hire.
• 5+ years in memory care planning or RN care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Providence Anti-Amyloid Review Board.
• Create, update and disseminate systemwide education/resources.
• Track finances and troubleshoot budget issues.
• Lead Memory Care Pathway improvements and system-wide committee.
