Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care to lead evidence-based programs across the Neuroscience Clinical Institute. This hybrid role focuses on building memory care pathways, coordinating across care settings, and advancing integrated cognitive care within the Providence footprint.

The nurse leader will collaborate with system and network stakeholders, manage education resources, financial tracking, and committees such as the Anti-Amyloid Review Board and Memory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
• Alaska RN license upon hire or Washington RN license upon hire.
• 5 years of memory care planning/execution experience as an RN.
• 3 years of complex program management in a large matrixed healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Providence’s Anti-Amyloid Review Board.
• Create, update, and disseminate systemwide education and resources.
• Financial tracking and troubleshooting for programs.
• Memory Care Pathway improvements.
• Lead system-wide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.
