Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care to lead and implement evidence-based practices across the Neuroscience Clinical Institute. This role focuses on building the memory care pathway, coordinating care across settings, and driving systemwide improvements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across hospitals, care networks, and departments to ensure successful integration of Cognitive Care Services and manage education and pathway initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
• Alaska or Washington RN license upon hire.
• 5 years memory care planning/execution or RN care delivery experience.
• 3 years in large, matrixed healthcare program management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Providence Anti-Amyloid Review Board.
• Create, update and disseminate systemwide education resources.
• Track finances and provide troubleshooting support.
• Improve Memory Care Pathway initiatives.
• Lead systemwide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.
