Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN - Cognitive Care within the Neuroscience Clinical Institute. The role focuses on building the memory care pathway, coordinating care across settings, and leveraging evidence and technology to plan, implement, and evaluate cognitive care programs.

The candidate will collaborate with system leaders, care networks, hospitals, and clinical departments to ensure integration across the Providence footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) is required.
• Alaska or Washington RN license upon hire is required.
• 5 years of memory care planning/execution experience as an RN.
• 3 years in complex program management in a large healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Providence's Anti-Amyloid Review Board.
• Create, update, and disseminate systemwide education and resources.
• Perform financial tracking and troubleshooting.
• Lead Memory Care Pathway improvements.
• Chair the systemwide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.
