Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN – Cognitive Care to lead the memory care pathway across the Providence footprint. This role collaborates with system experts to plan, implement, and evaluate cognitive care initiatives, leveraging data and technology to drive outcomes.

The position requires RN licensure and advanced nursing degrees, with experience in memory care and large healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s nursing degrees required.
• Experience in memory care planning and execution as an RN.
• Experience in large, matrixed healthcare settings with complex program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage systemwide Cognitive Care initiatives and memory care pathway improvements.
• Oversee Anti-Amyloid Review Board activities and education resources.
• Track finances and troubleshoot budget-related issues for programs.
• Coordinate care pathways across settings and care networks within Providence.
• Chair or lead systemwide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.
