Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager (Finance) to oversee the dementia care program across the community and provide direct coaching to caregiving staff. You will ensure person-centered programming, dining, and care are delivered with excellence and empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation or related field.
• Minimum three years of management and direct supervision experience.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dementia care program for residents and families and coach/clead associates who are caregivers.
• Collaborate with leadership on dementia training, preadmission/move-in/move-out processes, hiring, and education of staff.
• Plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs tailored to each resident’s needs.
