Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Program Assistant (Finance) to support dementia-friendly programming in our Clare Bridge community. You will work with the Program Manager or Coordinator to implement person-centered activities that meet residents’ needs and preferences, aligning with Brookdale’s Resident and Family Engagement philosophy.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, guiding associates on engagement, and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and implementing a calendar of dementia-friendly programs.
• Review resident service plans and complete program documentation.
• Ensure dementia care programs comply with state, federal, and Brookdale standards.
• Provide guidance to associates on programming and resident quality of life.
• Coordinate and participate in special events at the community.
