Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a motivated manager to oversee the dementia care program across communities. You will coach and lead care associates delivering person-centered programming and dining services for residents with dementia, ensuring high-quality care and family engagement.

You will collaborate with leadership on dementia training, preadmission/move-in/out processes, and staff education to continually improve care interventions and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of management/direct supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer's/dementias in residential settings required.
• Strong leadership and program oversight capabilities.

• Oversee full implementation of resident and family engagement's dementia care program.
