Brookdale Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager (Finance) to oversee the dementia care program for residents and guide a team of caregivers and associates.

This role involves coordinating dementia training, preadmission processes, and calendar of dementia-friendly activities, plus ensuring person-centered programming, dining, and care across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation or related field.
• Minimum of three years of management and direct supervision experience.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full implementation of resident and family engagement's dementia care program and supervise associates delivering person-centered programming, dining, and care.
• Collaborate with leadership on dementia training, preadmission/move-in/move-out processes, hiring, and education of associates regarding dementia care.
• Plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs meeting the needs of all residents.
