Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose in Copley, Ohio is seeking Memory Care Support Partners (PRN). You will connect with residents with empathy, observe interests, and help design engagement plans to support daily living.

Responsibilities include documenting care, guiding orientation for memory care teammates, and providing compassionate support during all daily activities and shifts. Prior experience is not required beyond a strong caregiving attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years or older.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advocate of Empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities and support engagement plans.
• Prepare spaces and assist with daily routines to guide residents’ experiences.
• Document resident care and changes in condition and assist memory care orientation.
