Vitalia Montrose is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Copley, OH for a full-time role. You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and craft engagement plans while supporting daily life and safety. The position emphasizes documentation and teamwork in a memory care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and abilities and create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities by preparing spaces and rooms.
• Life Partner: assist residents with daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
