The role emphasizes coordinating daily activities, documenting care, and guiding memory care teammates to ensure a supportive environment for residents.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathy-driven interactions to residents during vulnerable moments.
• Identify residents' interests and abilities to create engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily activities by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and condition changes accurately.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members within neighborhoods.
