Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: learn residents’ interests and abilities, create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare dining rooms, libraries, and rooms to support daily routines.
• Life Partner: assist residents with daily life from wake-up to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition clearly.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
