Arrow Senior Living in Solon, OH is hiring a Memory Care Support Partner for Vitalia Solon. This part-time role runs 7:00am–7:00pm, with a pay range of $18–$24.25 per hour. You will advocate empathy, observe Residents, and document care to enhance quality of life.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, a positive attitude, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits available.

Formación

• Age 18+.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist Residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with Residents.
• Serve as Patient Observer to understand Residents' interests and create engagement plans.
• Apply mise en scène principles to prepare spaces for meals, events, and routines.
• Partner with Residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document Resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of Memory Care team members.
