Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude with residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by creating human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to tailor engagement plans and implement strategies.
• Set up dining room and library, and prepare resident rooms for routines.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
