Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Aide in Westlake, OH. This part-time role supports residents in Vitalia Westlake with empathy, daily activities, and safety. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and an $18–$24.25 per hour pay range, with day shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

A strong English ability and a high school diploma are required. Responsibilities include documenting care, guiding engagement plans, and assisting the team in memory care neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and post-fall support.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Serve as a patient observer to understand interests and abilities for engagement plans.
• Master mise en scène by setting the dining, library, and room environments for daily routines.
• Act as Life Partner, supporting residents from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and condition changes accurately for records.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members to neighborhoods.
