Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Westlake community in Ohio is hiring a Memory Care Aide/Support Partner for full-time days. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $18.00–$24.25, with a schedule of 7:00am–7:00pm.

You'll advocate empathy, observe residents, document care, and support daily activities, while helping create a welcoming, home-like environment for memory care residents in Westlake.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about Residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as Patient Observer to learn residents' interests and abilities and plan engagement.
• Master the mise en scène by preparing spaces and routines to support daily activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
