Arrow Senior Living in North Royalton, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate resident care in a home-like environment. This full-time role focuses on empathy, engagement, and documenting resident changes throughout day shifts.

You will help residents with daily activities from waking to bedtime, assist with mobility, and collaborate with teammates to create personalized engagement plans. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use computer to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and falls.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathy and build human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to tailor engagement plans and activities.
• Prepare and arrange environments for meals, events, and daily routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily living activities from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
