Job summary

The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a full-time night shift (11:00pm–7:00am). This role focuses on empathy, patient observation, and seamless daily routines for memory care residents.

Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required. Responsibilities include documenting resident care, engaging residents, and helping the team orient memory care neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Identify residents' interests and create engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily routines in care environments.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
