Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a 7:00am–7:00pm shift at Castlewood, 1538 N. Old Castle Rd, Nixa, MO 65714. The part-time role pays $17–$22.50 per hour and emphasizes empathy, daily resident support, and a warm, home-like atmosphere.

Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English, and possess computer skills. Lifting up to 50 pounds and ADL assistance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Support residents and contribute to a home-like environment.
