Job summary

Vitalia Montrose is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate care for residents in a home-like Arrow Senior Living environment. The role emphasizes empathy, patient observation, and thoughtful engagement to enhance quality of life for residents with memory care needs.

You will work Full-Time hours on an evening schedule, 6:00pm–6:00am, with a rotating week structure. The position includes documenting care, aiding team orientation, and opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• To be an Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• To be a Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and collaborative engagement plans.
• To be a Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily resident experiences.
• To be a Life Partner: support residents throughout daily activities from wake to sleep.
• To be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
• To assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
