Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Stow community seeks a Memory Care Support Partner to cover 6pm–6am shifts in Stow, OH. This full-time role pays $18–$27 per hour and requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to assist residents.

You will document care, help residents with daily activities, and support orientation of memory care teammates, while upholding dignity and safety. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, life insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Create engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to engage residents.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
