Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the Vitalia Active Adult Community at Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This full-time role supports residents from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and emphasizes empathy, engagement, and high-quality care.

You will document care, help orient team members, and create meaningful daily experiences for residents, including setting up environments and assisting with mobility, while promoting a home-like atmosphere and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer for printing and entering resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Identify residents' interests and design engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily routines and activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily life activities.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members to memory care neighborhoods.
