Arrow Senior Living Management is hiring a Memory Care Support Partner for the Vitalia Active Adult Community in North Olmsted, OH. The role covers the 7:00am–7:00pm shift, full-time, with a pay range of $18–$24 per hour.

You will support residents with empathy, observe and engage, organize environments, document care, and help orient memory care team members. This is a collaborative setting that values quality of life and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Act as a Patient Observer to learn resident interests and abilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and care routines.
• Help set up environment and meals to support engagement.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
