Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Support Partner in Hilliard, OH for a part-time role with a 7:00am–3:00pm shift on Fridays and Saturdays. The position emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and careful documentation of care while supporting the daily routines of memory care residents.

The role requires high school level education, English fluency with residents, and physical stamina to assist residents and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing speaking with residents.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate empathy by creating human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to understand interests and abilities; develop engagement plans.
• Set up environments to support daily activities and events (mise en scène).
• Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Orientate memory care team members to neighborhoods.
