Job summary

Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, OH is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities in a home-like setting.

As a part-time role, you will work evening shifts, provide empathetic care, assist residents with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for those we serve. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking and help after a fall.
