What You’ll Do as a Memory Care Manager

• Recruit, train, and mentor a caring team that embodies compassion and respect.
• Use your experience to guide staff in delivering person‑centered, high‑quality care for residents living with dementia.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and care partners.
• Oversee care plans, safety standards, and compliance documentation to promote safety and quality.
• Support engaging programs and activities that encourage joy and connection, enhancing daily life.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and operational tasks to keep the neighborhood running smoothly.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation: every other week (includes a weekly on‑call bonus).

What We’re Looking For

• Management experience required—successfully led a team in senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with dementia is essential.
• LPN licensure strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to inspire and develop others while ensuring high standards of care.
• Warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for helping seniors.
• Flexibility to assist with various duties and work a range of shifts as needed.

Compensation

Up to $65,000 annually, based on experience.
